Our Mandarin Chinese immersion preschool program is specifically designed for English-speaking families seeking to gift their children with bilingualism. Mandarin, being distinctly different from English, is best learned at a young age when children can grasp tones crucial to its meaning. As we age, our ability to discern these tones diminishes, making early exposure vital for accurate language acquisition.
Our program is also valuable for children with at least one Mandarin-speaking parent, as it helps maintain their Mandarin skills beyond the toddler years. Many families find that when surrounded by English in preschool or elementary school, children lose motivation to speak their native language. By immersing your child in Mandarin and Chinese culture during the formative preschool years, we enhance the likelihood of lifelong Mandarin proficiency. Additionally, by introducing Pinyin early, your child gains the ability to read Chinese books independently, facilitating sustained Chinese vocabulary development through both oral comprehension and written comprehension.
