Ms. Bella

Ms. Bella is an AMI-certified Montessori Primary (3–6) teacher with over five years of experience in the classroom, including leading and developing a Montessori Primary program of her own. She began her Montessori journey in 2019 as an Assistant Teacher at a kindergarten in Guangxi, supporting a calm, orderly, and developmentally appropriate Primary environment. From there, she moved into a Lead Teacher and Program Director role at a Children's House in Zhongshan, Guangdong, where she led a mixed-age Primary classroom for children ages 2.5 to 6, designed and maintained an AMI-aligned prepared environment, and balanced daily teaching with program coordination. She most recently served as an Assistant Teacher in a Montessori Elementary Family Classroom for ages 6–12 in Zhuhai, Guangdong, supporting continuity of Montessori practice across age levels.

Ms. Bella holds an AMI Montessori Primary (2.5–6) Diploma from the AMI Montessori Training Center in Shenzhen and a Bachelor's Degree in Preschool Education from Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai Campus. She is deeply committed to authentic AMI practice, careful observation, and offering children a warm, confident, and consistent presence in the classroom.

Ms. Bella believes in guiding children toward independence, concentration, and social-emotional growth through respect, grace and courtesy, and consistent routines. She values close observation of each child's development and works closely with families to build consistency between home and school.

Outside the classroom, Ms. Bella brings eight years of experience teaching yoga and jazz dance, which she draws on to support children's movement, balance, and body awareness. She also designed a set of Montessori-inspired mathematics learning cards, for which she received a national patent, reflecting her creativity in developing tools that deepen children's understanding of numerical relationships.

唐老师是一名持有AMI认证的3–6岁蒙特梭利幼儿教师,拥有五年以上的课堂教学经验,并曾独立带领和发展一个蒙特梭利幼儿班项目。她的蒙特梭利职业生涯始于2019年,在广西柳州萌美睿幼儿园担任助教,协助维持一个平静、有序、符合儿童发展规律的幼儿班环境。此后,她前往广东中山迎苗儿童之家,担任主教老师兼项目主管,带领一个2.5至6岁混龄班,设计并维护符合AMI标准的预备环境。目前,她在广东珠海一所蒙特梭利小学(6–12岁)大家庭教室担任助教,协助维持各年龄段蒙特梭利教学实践的连贯性。

唐老师持有深圳AMI蒙特梭利培训中心颁发的AMI蒙特梭利3–6岁文凭,以及珠海北京师范大学珠海校区学前教育学士学位。她始终坚持正宗的AMI教学理念,注重细致观察,并以温暖而自信的姿态陪伴每一位孩子。

唐老师相信,通过尊重、优雅礼仪和稳定的常规,可以引导孩子走向独立、专注和社会情感的成长。她重视对每个孩子发展状况的细致观察,并与家庭密切合作,努力实现家校之间的一致性。



课堂之外,唐老师拥有八年瑜伽和爵士舞教学经验,并将其运用于帮助孩子发展运动能力、平衡感和身体意识。她还设计了一套蒙特梭利风格的数学教具卡片,并因此获得国家专利,充分体现了她在开发帮助儿童理解数量关系的教具方面的创造力。
