Ms. Fanny
Ms. Fanny brings 16 years of teaching experience working with children aged 1.5 to 8 years. She
holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Capital Normal University and earned
her American Montessori Society (AMS) Early Childhood Credential in 2013, alongside a First-
Class Certificate in Mandarin. Throughout her career in international and Montessori school
settings, MS. Fanny has dedicated herself to creating beautifully prepared, nurturing
environments and supporting each child’s unique developmental journey.
Driven by a deep passion for education and a heart that treasures every moment spent with
children, MS. Fanny firmly believes in following the child’s natural development and views
every child as a unique individual filled with unlimited potential.
MS. Fanny strives to cultivate a prepared environment filled with safety, order, and the joy of
autonomous exploration; she focuses on attentive observation and gentle guidance to spark
children’s critical thinking, social-emotional management, and curiosity—protecting their
intrinsic motivation to learn. Furthermore, Ms. Fanny deeply values trust and collaboration
between home and school, believing that a strong partnership between parents and educators provides the most enduring support for a child's growth.
Outside the classroom, Ms. Fanny loves traveling, exploring nature, and experiencing different
cultures. She cherishes spending quality time with her family and enjoys broadening her horizons through travel and bringing the fresh perspectives and inspirations she gains back into her everyday life and classroom.
