For over six years, I have dedicated my career to nurturing the growth of our youngest learners as a Montessori Toddler Guide. My work centers on one simple, powerful idea: follow the child. By creating a prepared environment that honors each toddler's natural stage of development, I help children build independence, confidence, and a genuine love of learning that will carry them through every stage of their education.

Since 2021, I have guided a vibrant classroom of up to 18 toddlers at Lake Hills Montessori School, where I bring authentic Montessori practices to life every day. I design and maintain a calm, structured environment where children feel safe to explore, make choices, and develop concentration at their own pace. Through practical life and sensorial activities, grace and courtesy lessons, and careful observation of each child's individual journey, I support toddlers as they grow into emotionally mature, capable, and confident individuals ready for the next step in their Montessori journey.

I believe that a child's development doesn't happen in isolation — it flourishes through partnership. That's why building trusting, communicative relationships with families is at the heart of my approach. I work closely with parents, sharing observations and insights so that home and classroom become a unified, supportive foundation for each child's growth.



My path to Montessori education has been anything but conventional. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2011, I found my true calling in early childhood development, going on to complete my Toddler Montessori Certification through the Houston Montessori Center (2022–2023). This unique background gives me a distinct appreciation for structure, systems, and process — qualities that translate naturally into building the kind of prepared, orderly environment where toddlers thrive.

Whether observing a child's first independent snack preparation or supporting a family through a challenging transition, I approach this work with patience, respect, and an unwavering belief in every child's potential.
